Please fill out the 4 Week Challenge form located on the 'Forms' page of this website (only one form) and email that along with your before photos to me at email@example.com
- Customized macro calculation and nutrition plan to fit these macros (one day sample of 6 meals) - I do work with special diets (gluten free, vegetarian, allergies, etc.)
- Weekly training plans - All exercises can be done at the gym or at home. There will be modifications for beginners as well! For Home Workouts the only equipment needed are dumbbells, stability ball and a closed loop resistance band - optional equipment: jump rope
- Weekly Non scale victory challenges!
- Weekly Check-Ins/Accountability
- Private Facebook Page with a community of women who are doing the challenge with you!
- 24/7 Support from me via email
