21 Day Challenge: Clean Eating + HIIT - $30.00

 

 

  • Start Date: September 25th
  • No tracking macros. This will be a simple approach to those wanting to lose weight. Something anybody can incorporate into their busy lifestyle
  • Weekly Meal Plan - You will get options for breakfast, lunch and dinner to choose from each week
  • Snack List - a one time list of healthy snacks will be sent out that you can pick and choose from
  • 4 days a week of HIIT workouts with video demonstrations - these will be high intensity interval training circuits that can be done at home or at the gym. Only equipment required is dumbbells, resistance band, and a jump rope. Workouts will be no longer than 20-30 minutes and you can do these in addition to your current routine or by themselves
  • We will have 2 check ins - one on day 11 and one on day 22 (the day after the challenge ends for final results)
